Breakfast Club

We are delighted to be able to offer a school Breakfast Club which is run by Mrs Beauchamp and Mrs Maisey who are both long standing employees at our School.

The club will take place in the school hall and children will be able to arrive from 7.30am, there will be no admittance before.  Children will come into the hall via the car park (please ensure children are escorted to the gate and parents/carers wait with child until a member of staff is present to receive them) where they will be registered.  The children will then be able to partake in a light breakfast, eg, toast, cereals, fruit and drinks.  There will then be time for books and activities.  At 8.40am the children will go to the playground. At 8.55am, if the children are infants they will be escorted to their classes and juniors sent to their classes.

Please note that breakfast is served between 7.45am to 8.10am, no further food will be served after this time. Activities and games in the hall until 8.20am (weather permitting - please ensure your child has suitable clothing). During the summer months, activities will take place outside. Due to staff supervising children outdoors, there will be no staff present in the hall, therefore 8.15am will be the last drop off time.

Costs will be £4.50 per session, from April 2023, whatever time the children arrive, so a full week’s club would be £22.50.   Children do not have to attend every day but all days must be pre booked and paid for using the Breakfast Club Booking System on ParentMail, half termly in advance. 

Terms and Conditions for the Breakfast Club must also be adhered to.  We realise that in an emergency parents may need to use the service and where we can accommodate this we will.

We can only accommodate 40 children and children will be booked in on a first come first served basis.  Bookings will only be taken via the ParentMail Booking System.

If you have not used the ParentMail Booking System before and would like to book your child/children on to the club please contact Mrs Kate Casson who will be able to add you to the register.
